The young sophisticated Adren Alan was a thoughtful gentleman in Paris. He brokered many of his own communications and held every door for passers by, with his favorite phrase, “Apres vous monsieur/madame”. He took responsibility for navigating our way through the Metro and wanted to try every Parisian culinary speciatly.

After a long trip on the bus from London, including a ride in the Chunnel, Adren never complained once, and at eleven years old resembled a medical student touring Europe than an American adolescent. How very proud his dad was..
